In 1962, Carl de Bie’s grandparents left their native Flanders to invest in a charming old farm in Ittre. The generations followed one another and it is quite natural that Carl and his wife Julie have been working on the farm for 15 years now.

Carl and Julie live in an exceptional environment and take care with passion of their animals which are precious allies to allow them to produce in an artisanal and local way milk, butter, yogurts, eggs… and more recently delicious cheeses. Thus completing their approach of sustainable production from the short circuit with quality products.
