Andy and Pauline moved to the green fields of Ittre almost 10 years ago to start their own certified organic vegetable farm and make a living from it.
Andy, a farmer’s son, moves with ease between his facilities. He is now joined full time by Pauline, his partner, who has put aside her profession as a teacher to devote herself to market gardening.

In addition to their work in the fields, they have set up a shop offering a wide variety of organically grown products. Seasonal baskets with local products are added to the celebration to offer their weekend couriers something to eat in a responsible and sustainable way, two values that are very close to their hearts and that rule their daily activity. A life project that keeps them both 100% busy today.
